Public weekly luncheon convened for start-ups, businesses, innovators, entrepreneurs and others looking for connection and encouragement in the pursuit of their respective visions.

These training opportunities are designed for equipping with practical tools the Small Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Economic Development professionals and others interested in growing and maintaining healthy businesses.

This educational workshop is geared for connecting non-profit organizations with the business community to identify best practices of each enterprise sector.  The purpose is to promote cohesion and mutual understanding of the necessity to partner with each sector for the benefit of each enterprise and the community-at-large.

The Ice House Entrepreneurship Program

The Ice House Entrepreneurship Program is a series of workshops that inspires and engages aspiring entrepreneurs and business professionals with the perseverance and determination of an entrepreneurial mindset needed to succeed in this global marketplace. This program expands upon Who Owns the Ice House? Eight Life Lessons from an Unlikely Entrepreneur, by encompassing success concepts in the context of an entrepreneurial mindset. The program provides for experiential learning beyond the classroom, making connections, and building relationships that can support participants throughout the workplace and beyond. This entrepreneurial education program combines relevant videos with an interactive learning environment that equips employees, managers and business owners with experiential problem-based methodology leading to discovering opportunities for growth. Workforce Development

The Entrepreneurial Mindset in Albuquerque from MediaDesk NM on Vimeo is an example of what The Entrepreneurial Mindset Training can do in Workforce Development. Venture Call LLC works to equip employers and workforce development professionals with the perseverance and determination of an entrepreneurial mindset, empowering them to recognize workplace opportunities revealed via intentional customer focus. Our processes assist management teams to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviors that will enable them to prioritize possibilities before processes; especially as they search for a motivated, committed workforce.

Venture Call LLC is a certified facilitator of The Ice House Entrepreneurship Program. This program inspires and engages participants with the perseverance and determination of an entrepreneurial mindset needed to succeed professionally, academically and personally.  It provides experiential/hands-on learning beyond the formal delivery of the OPPORTUNITY DISCOVERY CANVAS , a proprietary Ice House process that guides attendees through effective problem-solving situations.  Learners will test their ideas and seek knowledge from experienced entrepreneurs, experts and traditional research methods.

In 2014, Albuquerque became the first in the world to introduce Entrepreneurial Mindset Training at the City level to unleash human potential, empower people, and transform the way the city works. In spring 2016 that transformation extended far into the future as twelve APS students became the first youth to explore the mindset. Some of the city’s most accomplished entrepreneurs signed on in support of the APS Pilot Program and our students, investing their time and experience in a better future. Partners in the Pilot Program included City of Albuquerque, CNM, HDIC and the Albuquerque Community Foundation.
