DESCRIPTION:MONDAY OCT 8TH – The ABILENE STARTUP COMMUNITY is bringing local entrepreneur & business owner\, Michael Mikeworth\, to share universal  benefits derived from implementing ancient biblical wisdom in the marketplace.  The primary premise of THE BUSINESS CLINIC is that businesses would do well to consider the implication of being organic relational bodies; whereas most modern-day thought treats businesses strictly as mechanical organizational structures.  Mike will be working from the postulate: Businesses are as much a part of the Kingdom of God as the institutional church; therefore\, biblical instructions to local church bodies are just as applicable to business bodies as it relates to successful operational procedures. \nThis lunch will be a great introduction to concepts and business practices that will strengthen any organization.  Even if a business owner/manager does not hold to a traditional Judeo/Christian worldview\, they will be sure to find some operational application in this discussion to be of benefit to their respective enterprise.  There is NO COST to hear this presentation – just show up at Potter’s Pizza and purchase your own lunch (if you want to eat.)
