As a small business owner for 20+ years, David currently serves small business owners as a Profit Mechanic (aka Certified Profit First Professional). He helps small business owners implement a cash flow management system that ensures they pay themselves as their best employee (because you are) and have a real profit to show for at the end of the day (not that pho-money that your accountant says you made according to your income statement). David’s experience as an entrepreneur began when he unexpectedly took the mantel of the family business at the untimely passing of his father. Having to navigate an urgent family succession, broker the sale of part of the family business and expand the business through several ups and downs, his experience and personal value of stewardship has exposed him to several disciplines that he now leverages to advise and coach other business owners to help them ensure their business is their best asset.
