PAUL SCHNITMAN started Schnitman & Associates Inc (“SAI”, a third party pension administration firm) in 1982 and Plan Ahead, Inc (now Plan Ahead Financial Management Inc – “PAFM”) in 1992. He sold SAI to his brother in 2006 who changed the name of the company, recently, to Leverage. PAFM provides money management services as well as financial consulting services.  This company recently obtained service trademarks for Plan Ahead Spending® and Spending Doctors®.

Attendees of this 2nd Monday lunch will find out about the benefits of using financials to spot both positive and negative financial developments and the benefits of using monthly numbers instead of year to date numbers.  Paul will also explain why it is necessary to project cash flows at least 12 months in advance to help spot potential problems or surpluses developing and will answer the question “Is leverage good or bad?”
