Salty Roan Bakehouse is an upscale bakery and coffee house located in Abilene, Texas. We specialize in a wide variety of classic French pastries as well as artisan breads and unique desserts. Everything hand-crafted in house by our skilled bakers.  Wanting to bring good quality bread and pastry to the Big Country, I opened Salty Roan Bakehouse in October of 2017.  I attended the San Francisco Baking Institute and learned the art of viennoiserie and artisan bread.
